When you have service and repairs performed by an authorized TechNet Professional Automotive Service facility, you're covered by a nationwide limited repair warranty that extends across North America, for 24 months or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first.

Program Coverage

This Warranty covers the following types of repairs and services:

A. Air conditioning, heating and climate control systems

B. Brake system(s)

C. Electrical system(s)

D. Emission control system(s)

E. Engine cooling system(s)

F. Electronic engine management system and other on-board

computer systems (engine, body, brake and suspension computers), cruise control systems.

G. Engine performance or drivability services and repair.

H. Exhaust system(s)

I. Fuel system(s)

J. Ignition system(s)

K. Other minor repairs

L. Starting and charging systems

M. Steering/suspension systems, wheel bearings, CV axles and joints, half-shafts and driveshaft’s

N. Hybrid drive battery replacement(s), effective July 1, 2016.

What Is Not Covered by Nationwide Warranty

You must pay for any non-warranty service you order to be performed at the same time as the warranty service. This warranty will not apply to your repaired vehicle if it has been damaged by abnormal use, misuse, neglect, accident, alteration or “tampering with” (by other than the Facility or Facility employees). This warranty does not cover replacement or repairs due to normal wear and tear. The Facility’s employees and/or agents do not have authority to modify the terms of this warranty nor to make any promises in addition to those contained in this warranty.

How to Obtain Service

If you are reasonably able to, return to the original service center for service. In the event that you are unable to reasonably return to the original service center, contact the National Warranty Administrator toll-free at (866) 588-0728 to be directed to the nearest TechNet shop to handle the repair.

Flat tire, lost keys, empty gas tank, dead battery, or need a tow? We've made it easy for you to receive help anytime, day or night, with the Roadside Assistance Program. TechNet Professional Automotive Service centers offer roadside assistance reimbursement with your qualifying service.

Program Coverage

The Program benefit is limited to the reimbursement of two (2) qualifying roadside assistance incidents within a 365-day period per covered vehicle. Maximum reimbursement amount is seventy-five ($75.00) dollars per eligible incident. To be eligible for this coverage, all you need is an invoice for at least in $25 in service from a TechNet Professional location. Covered services are towing,lock-out assistance, flat tire assistance, fluid delivery, and battery jump start.

 

How to Obtain Service

In order to receive the fastest service possible, contact the service provider of your choice.  You may be required to have a credit card available for use when calling the Roadside Assistance Dispatcher.

You, the consumer, are responsible for negotiating any and all fees with the service provider prior to accepting service.

How to Receive Reimbursement

Download and complete this Roadside Assistance claim form and submit with the required proof of service documents listed on the form. You can email these documents to mechclaims@sonsio.com, fax to 1-866-924-3668 or mail to TechNet Customer Care, P.O. Box 17659 Golden, CO 80402 in order to receive reimbursement.
